Introduction of three types of nitrogen generator

1. Cryogenic air separation nitrogen generator:
Cryogenic air separation nitrogen generator is a traditional nitrogen production method, which has a history of nearly several decades. Using air as raw material, through compression and purification, the air is liquefied into air liquid through heat exchange. Liquid air is mainly a mixture of liquid oxygen and liquid nitrogen. Using the difference in the boiling points of liquid oxygen and liquid nitrogen (under 1 atmosphere, the boiling point of the former is -183, and the boiling point of the latter is -196), and nitrogen is obtained by rectification of liquid air. Cryogenic batch nitrogen production equipment is complex, covers a large area, high construction cost, large one-time investment in equipment, high operating cost, slow gas production (12) 24h), high installation requirements, and long cycle. Comprehensive equipment, installation and construction factors, equipment below 3500Nm3/h, the investment scale of PSA unit of the same specification is 20%~50% lower than that of cryogenic air separation unit. Cryogenic segmentation nitrogen generator is suitable for large-scale industrial nitrogen production, but medium and small-scale nitrogen production is not economical.

2. Molecular sieve nitrogen generator:
Using air as raw material, carbon molecular sieve as adsorbent, using the principle of pressure swing adsorption, using carbon molecular sieve to selectively adsorb oxygen and nitrogen, the method of separating nitrogen and oxygen, commonly known as PSA nitrogen production. This method is a new nitrogen production technology developed rapidly in the 1970s. Compared with the traditional nitrogen production method, the process is simple, the degree of automation is high, the gas production is fast (15~30 minutes), the energy consumption is low, the product purity can be adjusted according to user needs within a wide range, the operation and maintenance are convenient, the operation cost is low, and the device suitability

3. Membrane air separation nitrogen generator
Using air as raw material, under certain pressure conditions, oxygen and nitrogen are separated from oxygen and nitrogen by different permeation rates of gases with different properties such as oxygen and nitrogen in the membrane. Compared with other hydrogen production equipment, it has the advantages of simple structure, small size, no switching valve, less maintenance, fast gas production (3 minutes), convenient capacity expansion, etc. It is especially suitable for small users with nitrogen purity of 98. On the other hand, When the nitrogen purity is above 98%, the price will be more than 15% higher than that of the PSA nitrogen generator of the same specification.
